1. Who is YOUR NAME?
YOUR NAME is someone you can depend on
to get your list of jobs done. She is
extremely well organized, and very familiar with a lot of
Whistler's major Wedding Venues. The best way to determine
if Jane is a good choice for you is to call her and request
a free 30 minute 'Meet and Greet" chat at a local
cafe.
2. What does a Wedding Assistant do?
A Wedding Assistant
oversees all of the events on your wedding day and and in some
cases - preparation the day before your wedding. You
can ask your assistant to take care of your place cards, guest
book, programs, unity candle, etc. so that they can be put in
place at the right time. Your Wedding Assistant will touch
base with all of your vendors on your wedding day, and will stay
in close contact with them during the day’s events
(particularly the caterer, photographer, videographer and DJ or
musicians). Your Assistant will try to handle any
emergencies that may arise, and basically take the burden off
your shoulders so that you, your family and friends can enjoy
and savor every moment of your wedding day. Wedding Assistants
make sure that everything goes smoothly and according to your
plan.

day and all meetings, emails & phone conversations necessary
to prepare.) There may be additional charges if there is a lot
of driving between venues, or if you want Jane to work the day
before or day after your wedding. These items can be
negotiated and included in your agreement at the time of
booking.

Simply fill out
YOUR NAME's booking

will guarantee that YOUR NAME will be available the
day of your wedding, and she will accept not accept any other engagements on
your date.
5. How do I pay my Assistant?
Please pay by cash on the morning of your wedding day, or by
check - two weeks in advance of your wedding date.

changes or my wedding is cancelled?
Unfortunately you will loose your
